Since I started contributing to this blog back in June of last year, I’ve had a few posts that seemed to really provide value. Of those, the Quick n’ Dirty Guide to Social Media Monitoring was the one that got the most traffic, comments, links, and tweets. In that post, we discussed how to set up a very basic social media monitoring system that you could implement in about a half hour or less per day, using only free tools like Google Alerts, Delicious, Flickr and YouTube.
